The control station which includes crane and stabiliser controls supports all control versions on all models. Dedicated studies on ergonomics and user preferences have created the most ergonomic working position and user-friendly interface which facilitate accurate and safe operation. The 7 inch colour, intuitive information display facilitates natural movements by the operator during use.

- Smooth Descent Valve (SDV)
The SDV system uses a special counterbalance valve to reduce boom oscillation and facilitates high precision in unloading operations and a smooth descent stop.
- Slewing Angle
Rack and pinion slewing system designed to achieve a wide slewing angle. Best in medium sized cranes category with 425° slewing angle. The operator is free to rotate around the entire working area. A wider slewing angle improves productivity in all applications, especially where the crane is installed at the rear of the vehicle.
- Self-Lubricating Bushings
Each boom articulation is equipped with these special bushings which separate the articulation pin from the corresponding holes in the boom. These reduce maintenance and extend the life of the crane
- Radio Load Controller (RLC)
The RLC system is intended for protection of the manual extensions of the crane and for load indication. A load cell containing a radio transmitter is installed at the crane’s load hook, reads the load on the hook and sends the value back to the display by radio signal. The display shows the operator the weight being lifted in real time. And, the operator can choose to bypass load limiting and use the load cell as a scale.
- Extra Functions
Extra functions can be added with levers to control a hydraulic accessory mounted by the installer. An extra activated function includes an extra valve and all of the hoses and piping necessary to the end of the boom. At the end of the boom the pipes end in quick connectors.
A jib extends the crane’s flexibility, increasing its horizontal and vertical reach. It increases the working area and gives the ability to work above buildings or inside high floors. The jib is connected to the crane with a pin and 4 quick connectors, so it is easy to disconnect and remove if required.
Cranes can be supplied ready for winch installation or complete with a high quality Rozler winch and range of accessories.
A special regenerative valve re-uses oil during extension, ensuring an incredibly high speed without compromising the safe operation of the crane.
Industrial designers conducted an ergonomic review leading to redesign of the entire crane package, improving aspects such as the base and deck, boom and column shape, hose covers, oil tank, and the position of all controls and displays to suit different applications and for different heights of crane users.
- Hexagonal design deck
3-part construction which covers electronic and hydraulic components mounted on the base, protecting them from possible damage. Tidy and lightweight and easily removed for maintenance.
Covers on column and main boom protect hoses from small impact, vibration and weathering. Easily removed for pipe inspections and maintenance.
- Oil tank
Fitted as standard and made from sandwich of two materials: External material is PEX (Cross-linked polyethylene) to resist UV and give structural integrity to the tank. Internal material is PA6 (Ultramid polyamide) to resist oil. Tank is factory-fitted and positioned over the base and over the pump. With the tank in this position, the life of the pump is extended owing to reduced workload and absence of cavitation. Large volume for better heat evacuation. FEM and fatigue tested (vibration and temperature).

The Lift Control System increases the capacity of the crane by up to 10% by reducing the speed when the crane is near its maximum lifting capacity.
Effective in unusual positions
Negative angle between the column/first boom and first boom/second booms produces the most versatile crane structure available. The jib also benefits from negative angle. The crane is able to work more effectively in unusual positions. For example, it is possible to enter a low door with the boom, and, it is more flexible in confined spaces or low ceiling spaces
Smooth Descent Unit (TCU)
This system compensates for boom oscillation, ensuring smooth movement of the load.
Safe rotation stabiliser assistance
This accessory allows safe rotation of the stabiliser without relying on the physical strength of the operator. Flange with hinge connection allows 180° stabiliser rotation simply by closing the stabiliser cylinder.
The combination of valves make the cranes easier to use and safer as the high precision movements reduce the risk of operator or load damage. And, shorter loading/unloading cycles can improve productivity.
- Safety valve
Safety valve on the main cylinder (SDV Smooth Descent Valve) and rotation valve avoid uncontrolled movements in the event of hose burst. The main cylinder valve allows high precision movements and high speed when needed. The rotation valve is the result of cooperation between Bosch Oil Control and Hyva Crane R&D.
- Regenerative valve
Regenerative valve (EES Extra Extension System) facilitates higher speed crane extension and retraction (but does not impact on the extension force) and can increase productivity. Standard on all articulated crane models.
